near life experience.

wow. i had a near life experience earlier today. it put a lot of shit in perspective and a lot out of it. it made me re-realise what the fuck is great about life and re-realise what the hell is important.

this fish can say more than you think.
for example, it can advise you about your pension, your mortgage, your taxes and other such things. who knows what it can really say? our hearing is warped underwater due to two factors: the air in your ears and the water trying to get into your ears. plus underwater acoustics. if there ever is a talking fish, it won’t last very long before scientists pick it apart or captain birdseye kidnaps it to make some fish fingers which can talk…limited edition.

23. office dust.

today i peed in the left urinal because it is a tuesday.
as usual, lucy, kimberely-clark and newlec were in the toilets.
i had one and a half hour’s sleep last night.
when staring at a computer screen all day this is not a great plan.
i drew a tube train and some toast on tiny post-it notes.
i made three ducks from paperclips.
you should see my paperclip ducks, they are always fun.
i walked home at lunchtime and my package was finally here.
it made my day a thousand times brighter and pretty much entirely saved it.

[ps the photograph was taken in winter. it is of my one and only sticker tag - which i drew towards the end of summer at my job, and stuck on the lampost on the way home. it is still there to this day, yet nearly all the pen has washed off.]
